Gabriel and flo provided excellent service. They offered excellent local food recommendations. the hotel's location is near the train station and major sites. the room included ac and heating that quickly adjusted to a comfortable temperature.

the staff were really helpful. flo and gabriel provided lots of information and assistance. the rooftop terrace had wonderful views, a definite added bonus.

the soundproofing was not good. i could hear noises from other rooms. the room decor wasn't to my taste and the lighting was a bit harsh.

The location was close to the train station and helped with getting around.

The room decor felt off and the lighting was too bright. There was also a step up to the bed with a strange glowing light. I thought the guy at the front desk during the later shift acted rude.

The location proved convenient, with the train station nearby (it was a short walk). The rooftop terrace gave beautiful views. I found Netflix access on the TV convenient after long days (especially when I wanted to relax).
